1. About Locashun
Locashun provides cloud software for restaurant and café operations, including QR-based menus and ordering, kitchen display routing, table management, billing, and related analytics. Services are offered to business operators, not to end guests as a consumer marketplace.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use Locashun lawfully, provide accurate business data (menus, prices, tax details), and comply with applicable regulations including GST and local hospitality laws. You are responsible for staff access and guest-facing policies at your venue.
3. Accounts
You must keep credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Fees & billing
Subscription fees are billed per the plan selected. Guest order processing through Locashun is offered with 0% commission on guest orders unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Data
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of operational content you upload; you grant us license to host and process it to deliver the service.
6. Availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control may affect availability.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
